Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and specifications. Please ask and we’ll let you know.
How long does delivery usually take?
Usually about two weeks after ordering. If your schedule is urgent, please discuss it with us when you order.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Tell us the specifications you need and we will send samples.
Can you match the bags we use now?
Yes. Send us the bags you currently use, and we will measure their size and thickness and make them to match.
Can you make custom sizes and thicknesses?
Yes. Every product is made to your specifications. We can make lay-flat widths of 50–3,800 mm, and match thickness, color and anti-static requirements.
Can you provide test reports (surface resistance, particles)?
Yes. Tell us the test items you need and we will advise you on the reports available.
How do you deliver?
It depends on the destination and quantity. We will let you know when you order.
